Fred Hollida - Managing Partner/CEO

Fred joined the firm in 1976 upon graduation from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and CPA/PFS completing the Personal Financial Planning Program under the auspices of the AICPA. He is also the managing partner of CoxHollidaPrice LLP.

Fred specializes in estate and financial planning, individual and business taxation, and business succession planning. He continues to keep up-to-date on issues that affect the firm's clients with professional memberships in the AICPA, the WV Society of CPAs and its Eastern Panhandle Chapter. He has presented several seminars on estate planning, college planning, and planned giving.

He is involved in the Rotary of Martinsburg, Martinsburg/Berkley County Chamber of Commerce, Tuscarora Ruritan Club, and Shenandoah Area Council Boy Scouts of America.

Tony Price - Lead Tax Partner

Tony Price leads our tax services practice and has extensive experience in working with a range of clients from start-up organizations to publicly held corporations.  Tony works in all aspects of domestic and international taxation with specific expertise in corporate formations, mergers & acquisitions, accounting method changes, and SEC tax reporting.  In addition, Tony maintains a Series 65 License as a Registered Investment Advisor, which combined with his tax knowledge, allows him a unique prospective to financial and estate planning, as well as business succession planning.  Tony's industry expertise includes software and technology, government contracting, professional services, and real estate/construction.

Tony is an Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton alum and maintains professional affiliations with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the West Virginia Society of CPA's, and the Virginia Society of CPA's.  In addition, Tony is a graduate of Shepherd University and is an avid supporter of many local organizations, including serving as a Director for the Shepherd University Foundation.

Chuck Young - Lead Assurance Partner

Chuck is the firms, accounting and assurance partner. He has over 12 years of public accounting, auditing and tax experience. Chuck has extensive experience with for profit and non- profit organizations including governmental entities. His experience includes real estate developments, hospitality, recreational industries and several governmental entities. In addition to the traditional accounting and auditing services, Chuck provides various income tax compliance, planning and representation services for the firm's clients. He has also, assisted the firm in preparing utility rate analysis and assisted governmental and non-profit boards compliance with various regulatory authorities. Chuck is currently a board member of the West Viriginia Society of CPA's and secretary/treasurer of the Eastern Panhandle Chapter of the Eastern Panhandle Chapter of the West Virginia Society of CPA's. Chuck is also active with the United Way of the Eastern Panhandle.

Brian Romine - Tax Partner

Brian Romine has been with the firm for 5 years and brings over 10 years of experience in working with a wide range of businesses, not-for-profit entities, and individuals on financial, tax, organizational, strategic business and operational issues.  He specializes in providing accounting and income tax services and solutions to corporations, partnerships and individuals.  Areas of service include tax planning and compliance, cost segregation, healthcare, homeowner's associations, business entity selection, multi-state taxation, SEC tax reporting and mergers/acquisitions.He focuses on working closely with clients in coordinating the financial aspects of their lives and businesses through effective planning and implementation of financial, income and estate planning strategies. 

Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); his security licenses include Series 7 and 66 as well as Life and Health insurance licenses.  He received his Bachelor of Science from Shepherd University. Brian maintains affiliations with the West Virginia and Virginia Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He is an active member of the Eastern Panhandle United Way Planned Giving Committee and the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Green Building Committee and is also a Grant Thornton Alum.
